Callum J. Moran, 21, of Annapolis, Maryland, pleaded guilty August 21 to charges of no camping except in designated area; and fishing paraphernalia without license. Moran was assessed $402.96 in court costs and fines.
Nakayla Paige Doyle, 27, of Mill Creek, entered a guilty plea agreement August 7 to a charge of conspiracy to commit a misdemeanor against the state. Doyle was sentenced to 90 days suspended jail, placed on one-year unsupervised probation and assessed $181.48 in court costs and fines.
Nathan C. Hanna, 23, of White Sulphur Springs, pleaded no contest August 5 to a charge of use of electronic device without hands free equipment. Hanna was assessed $201.48 in court costs and fines.
Kristopher Nutter, 47, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest July 24 to charges of driving while license suspended or revoked and no motorcycle endorsement. Nutter was assessed $482.96 in court costs and fines.
Charles J. Peterson, 33, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest August 7 to a charge of speeding. Peterson was assessed $206.01 in court costs and fines.

William Hugh Harris, age unavailable, of Arnold, Maryland, pleaded guilty August 21 to charges of motor vehicle in closed area; and fishing paraphernalia without license. Harris was assessed $402.96 in court costs and fines.
Robert A. Jordan, 23, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest August 3 to a charge of speeding. Jordan was assessed $201.48 in court costs and fines.
Robert W. Mayle, Jr., 19, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest August 25 to a charge of driving while license suspended or revoked. Mayle was assessed $281.48 in court costs and fines.
Jason F. Brickles, 48, of Grafton, entered a plea agreement August 14 to a charge of person prohibited possessing firearm – assault or battery of domestic partner. Brickles was assessed $281.48 in court costs and fines.
George Mathew Harmon, 34, of Marlinton, entered a guilty plea agreement July 29 to a charge of person prohibited from possessing firearms – convicted of a crime punishable by more than one year. Harmon was sentenced to 61 days jail and assessed $281.48 in court costs and fines.
Tyler Wayne Lambert, 23, of Durbin, had proceedings deferred August 17 on a charge of DUI. Lambert was assessed $236.48 in court costs and fines.
