Richard D. McMillian, 52, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest January 23 to charges of no proof of insurance and driving while license suspended or revoked. McMillian was assessed $864.44 in court costs and fines.
Vu D. Nguyen, 30, of Christiansburg, Virginia, pleaded guilty January 8 to a charge of speeding. Nguyen was assessed $211.12 in court costs and fines.
