According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals had activity in their cases:

In Magistrate Cynthia Broce-Kelley’s court:

Luz E. Carim, 63, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty December 20 to a charge of selling beer to underage customer. She was assessed $225.25 in court costs and fines.

Brandon Scott Davis, 26, of Cass, pleaded guilty December 17 to a charge of knowingly or intentionally possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription. He was assessed $275.25 in court costs and fines.

Cody Allen Hall, 21, of White Sulphur Springs, pleaded guilty December 13 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

Lucas Evan Holt, 29, of Snowshoe, pleaded no contest December 20 to a charge of beer sales to underage customer. He was assessed $200.25 in court costs and fines.

Samuel Adam Lewis, 22, of Summersville, pleaded guilty December 29 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $199.64 in court costs and fines.

Jonathan A. Royal, 59, of Cass, pleaded no contest to charges of unsafe and improperly equipped vehicles, operation without certificate of inspection or failure to produce certificate, knowingly or intentionally possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription and possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in passenger area of motor vehicle on public highway. He was assessed $891 in court costs and fines.

Terri Sue Sharp, 50, of Hillsboro, pleaded guilty December 20 to a charge of beer sales to underage customer. She was assessed $200.25 in court costs and fines.

In Magistrate Jennifer Dunz’s court:

Cody Wayne Brouwer, 27, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty December 22 to a charge of petit larceny. He was assessed $377.75 in court costs and fines.

Armando M. Capo, 48, of Brooklyn, New York, pleaded no contest December 27 to a charge of faulty tail lamps. He was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

Galen E. Denney, 42, of Indianapolis, Indiana, pleaded guilty December 3 to charges of leaving scene after striking fixture upon highway and leaving scene of accident involving damage to vehicle. He was assessed $420.50 in court costs and fines.

William Zachary Graham, 32, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest December 9 to a charge of failure to stop at stop sign. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

Coty Scott Halterman, 31, of Cass, pleaded no contest December 8 to a charge of operation without certificate of inspection or failure to produce certificate. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

Richard John Lacoma, 72, of Snowshoe, pleaded guilty December 22 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $199.64 in court costs and fines.

Angela Dawn Lizotte, 42, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty December 13 to a charge of beer sales to underage customer. She was assessed $225.25 in court costs and fines.

Donald W. Lovelace, 74, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty December 13 to a charge of beer sales to underage customer. He was assessed $225.25 in court costs and fines.

Miranda C. Means, 34, of Bartow, pleaded December 22 to a charge of driving while license suspended/revoked. She was assessed $275.25 in court costs and fines.

Skylar Warren Tincher, 22, of Buckeye, pleaded guilty December 13 to a charge of hunting without a license. He was assessed $425.25 in court costs and fines.

Kevin A. Withers, 38, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest December 10 to a charge of unsafe and improperly equipped vehicle. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.
