According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals had activity in their cases:

In Magistrate Cynthia Broce-Kelley’s court:

Sandra A. Amick, 61, of Fenwick, pleaded guilty June 2 to a charge of child with no personal flotation device. She was assessed $199.64 in court costs and fines.

Billy Jack Babbitt, 50, of Kent, Washington, pleaded no contest June 15 to a charge of driving too fast for roadway conditions. He was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

Philip W. Beller, 40, of Leon, pleaded guilty June 1 to a charge of motorboat required equipment. He was assessed $199.64 in court costs and fines.

Kent D. Berry, 59, of Williamstown, pleaded no contest June 1 to a charge of use of prohibited bait. He was assessed $225.25 in court costs and fines.

Gabriella Rebecca Cochran, 22, of Hillsboro, pleaded guilty June 16 to a charge of failure to use safety belt. She was assessed a $25 fine.

Damion Criss, 19, of Buckhannon, pleaded guilty June 29 to a charge of intoxication or drinking in public places. He was assessed $184.30 in court costs and fines.

Austin Keith Fultz, 26, of Falling Waters, pleaded guilty June 3 to charges of driving while license is suspended/revoked and no vehicle insurance. He was assessed $650.50 in court costs and fines.

Christopher A. Guarlotti, 48, of Jeannette, Pennsylvania, pleaded guilty July 1 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

Daryn Alexander Hammons, 35, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty June 29 to a charge of threatening criminal acts by computer. He was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

Darrel Dean Lipscomb, 58, of Warrenton, Virginia, pleaded no contest June 2 to a charge of fishing violation. He was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

Dustin Michael Lipscomb, 20, of Culpeper, Virginia, pleaded guilty June 1 to a charge of possessing prohibited bait. He was assessed $225.25 in court costs and fines.

Reese Alan Lipscomb, 26, of Brightwood, Virginia, pleaded guilty June 1 to a charge of possessing prohibited bait. He was assessed $225.25 in court costs and fines.

Anthony John Mundell, 47, of Red House, pleaded guilty June 4 to a charge of motorboat-required equipment. He was assessed $199.64 in court costs and fines.

Connie Sue Ober, 64, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty June 3 to a charge of driving too fast for roadway conditions. She was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

Kassandra Ramos, 56, of Slaty Fork, pleaded guilty July 1 to a charge of driving too fast for roadway conditions. She was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

Logan Patrick Rataiczak, 26, of Buckeye, pleaded guilty June 2 to a charge of failure to use safety belt. He was assessed a $25 fine.

Walter Carlisle Sampsell, 40, of Rixeyville, Virginia, pleaded guilty June 7 to a charge of fishing violation. He was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

Kali Jane Wilson, 25, of Mineral Wells, pleaded no contest July 1 to a charge of ATV/UTV on restricted area. She was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

Herbert Zetino, 33, of Chesterfield, Virginia, pleaded guilty June 15 to a charge of openly dumping refuse. He was assessed $375.25 in court costs and fines.

Jessica Nicole Lusk, 26, of Arbovale, pleaded guilty June 15 to a charge of failure to use safety belt. She was assessed a $25 fine.

Richelle McCarty, 26, of Cass, pleaded guilty June 4 to a charge of failure to use safety belt. She was assessed a $25 fine.

Randall Thomas Russell, 47, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest June 4 to a charge of failure to use safety belt. He was assessed a $25 fine.

In Magistrate Jennifer Dunz’s court:

Jonathan Todd Brooks, 43, of Belington, pleaded guilty June 11 to a charge of knowingly or intentionally possessing a controlled sub- stance without a valid prescription. He was assessed $225.25 in court costs and fines.

Garrett Matthew Eads, 22, of Charleston, pleaded no contest June 9 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

Holden Wade Edwards, 21, of Buckhannon, pleaded guilty June 9 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

Tommy Lee Greulick, 23, of Durbin, pleaded guilty June 8 to charges of knowingly or intentionally possessing a controlled sub- stance without a valid prescription, driving while license is suspended/revoked and operating a vehicle without evidence of registration. He was assessed $695.75 in court costs and fines.

James Amos Hartwell, 42, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest June 16 to charges of driving while license is suspended/revoked and operating without certificate of inspection or failure to produce certificate. He was assessed $470.50 in court costs and fines.

Adam Clark Harwell, 34, of Buckeye, pleaded no contest June 9 to a charge of driving while license is suspended/revoked. He was assessed $275.25 in court costs and fines.

Alvin James Hughes, 24, of Richwood, pleaded guilty June 11 to a charge of fishing without a resident license. He was assessed $275.25 in court costs and fines.

Levi C. Kesler, 19, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty June 8 to a charge of operating without certificate of inspection or failure to produce certificate. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

Brittany L. Moore, 32, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest June 9 to charges of unlicensed driver and operating without certificate of inspection or failure to produce certificate. She was assessed $375.50 in court costs and fines.
