Harmony N. Wilson, 36, of Hagerstown, Maryland, pleaded no contest September 22 to a charge of trespassing on property other than structure or conveyance. She was assessed $275.25 in court costs and fines.

Travis Loudermilk, 43, of Hillsboro, pleaded no contest September 23 to charges of speeding and defective equipment. He was assessed $390.50 in court costs and fines.

Lewis A. Marks, 39, of Valley Head, pleaded guilty August 31 to a charge of knowingly or intentionally possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription. He was assessed $390.50 in court costs and fines.

Stephanie D. Varney, 56, of Elkins, pleaded guilty September 4 to charges of no vehicle insurance and operating vehicle without evidence of registration. She was assessed $570.50 in court costs and fines.

Randall Wayne Bennett, 63, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty September 18 to charges of possession of a firearm while training, motorized vehicle in closed area, hunting, tagging and reporting a bear, bait feeding wildlife on public land and obstructing a DNR officer. He was assessed $1,456.25 in court costs and fines.

Ricky L. Bennett, 56, of Buckeye, pleaded no contest September 15 to two counts of hunting, tagging and reporting a bear, possession of a firearm while training, motorized vehicle in closed area, bait feed wildlife on public land and obstructing a DNR officer. He was assessed $1,651.50 in court costs and fines.

John Joshua Boso, 21, of White Sulphur Springs, pleaded no contest September 14 to charges of possession of less than 15 grams of marijuana and ATV in rest area. He was assessed $420.50 in court costs and fines.
