According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.

Freeman Eugene Willis, Jr., 52, of Gainesville, Georgia, pleaded guilty March 21 to a charge of left of center. He was assessed $175.25 in court costs and fines.

Logan P. Rataiczak, 18, of Buckeye, appeared in court March 21 on charges of domestic assault and destruction of property. Bond was set at $500.

Kenny Lee Robinson, 25, of Marlinton, appeared in court March 24 on a charge of sexual abuse, third degree. Bond was set at $5,000.

Mark Allen Williamson, II, 23, of Renick, pleaded guilty March 27 to charges of driving with license suspended/revoked and no child safety device. He was assessed $450.50 in court costs and fines.

Justin Wesley McMillion, 24, of Frankford, appeared in court March 24 to a charge of possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $2,500.

Steven John Sharp, 27, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty March 24 to a charge of failure to use seatbelt. He was assessed a $25 fine.

Mary Elizabeth Rader, 31, of Craigsville, appeared in court March 26 to a charge of driving under the influence. Bond was set at $3,000.

Zachary Lewis Ryder, 27, of Dunmore, pleaded no contest March 27 to a charge of left of center. He was assessed $215.25 in court costs and fines.

James Andrew Richards, age unavailable, appeared in court March 29 to charges of unwanted communication by computer, public intoxication and obstructing an officer. Bond was set at $3,000.
