According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals had activity in their cases:

In Magistrate Cynthia Broce-Kelley’s court:

Jeremy Donald Bauserman, 43, of Durbin, pleaded no contest February 1 to a charge of failure to maintain control. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

Randy D. Bennett, 47, of Cowen, pleaded guilty January 29 to a charge of failure to comply with antlerless permit requirements. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

Marvin G. Beverage, 54, of Dunmore, pleaded guilty February 1 to a charge of failure to comply with anterless permit requirements. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

Cassey M. Beverage, 26, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty January 16 to a charge of driving while license is suspended/revoked. She was assessed $265.25 in court costs and fines.

Cody M. Brooks, 22, of Arbovale, pleaded guilty February 1 to a charge of failure to comply with antlerless permit requirements. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

Coty L. Craigo, 27, of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, pleaded guilty February 4 to a charge of failure to comply with antlerless permit requirements. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

Brandon Scott Davis, 23, of Cass, pleaded no contest January 31 to a charge of no vehicle insurance. He was assessed $365.25 in court costs and fines.

Ashley Feury, 31, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty January 18 to a charge of petit larceny. She was sentenced to 20 hours community service and placed on two years of unsupervised probation. She was assessed $1,559.79 in court costs, fines and restitution.

Keith Allen Harrah, 21, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty January 14 to a charge of driving too fast for roadway conditions. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

Daniel Seung Hun Lee, 32, of Augusta, Georgia, pleaded guilty January 24 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

Jason Thomas Mallow, 27, of Elkins, pleaded no contest January 2 to a charge of driving too fast for roadway conditions. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

Jeremy Hayward McCourt, 22, of Maxwelton, pleaded no contest February 1 to a charge of failure to comply with antlerless permit requirements. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

Fred A. Pritt, 60, of Hillsboro, pleaded guilty February 1 to a charge of failure to comply with antlerless permit requirements. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

Jeremy Lee Rose, 33, of Cowen, pleaded guilty January 23 to a charge of knowingly or intentionally possessing a controlled substance without valid prescription. He was assessed $265.25 in court costs and fines.

Elizabeth L. Sharp, 41, of Cass, pleaded guilty January 30 to a charge of driving too fast for roadway conditions. She was assessed $175.25 in court costs and fines.

Misty Wright, 39, of Dunmore, pleaded guilty January 11 to charges of failure to use safety belts and driving without a license. She was assessed $210.25 in court costs and fines.

In Magistrate Carrie Wilfong’s court:

Jason Bennett, 38, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest January 11 to a charge of knowingly or intentionally possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription. He was sentenced to 90 days suspended jail, one year unsupervised probation and one year with the Day Report Center. He was assessed $165.25 in court costs and fines.

Samuel Drew Carpenter, 31, of Poca, pleaded guilty January 31 to a charge of failure to comply with antlerless permit requirements. He was assessed $215.25 in court costs and fines.

Benjamin C. Knight, 31, of Elkton, Virginia, pleaded no contest January 23 to a charge of failure to comply with antlerless permit requirements. He was assessed $215.25 in court costs and fines.

Michael P. Lewis, 33, of Hillsboro, pleaded guilty January 16 to a charge of operating without certificate of inspection or failure to produce certificate. He was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.

Christopher T. Morgan, 35, of Lewisburg, pleaded guilty January 29 to a charge of failure to comply with antlerless permit requirements. He was assessed $215.25 in court costs and fines.

Aaron J. Najfach, 24, of Highland Heights, Kentucky, pleaded guilty January 18 to a charge of failure to comply with antlerless permit requirements. He was assessed $215.25 in court costs and fines.

Seth Roach, 30, of McGaheysville, Virginia, pleaded no contest January 28 to a charge of failure to comply with antlerless permit requirements. He was assessed $215.25 in court costs and fines.

Jessie L. Sharp, 30, of Cass, pleaded guilty January 18 to a charge of driving too fast for roadway conditions. She was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.

Joshua K. Stallard, 34, of Deptford, New Jersey, pleaded guilty January 30 to a charge of failure to comply with antlerless permit requirements. He was assessed $215.25 in court costs and fines.

Dakota T. Weist, 19, of Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, pleaded guilty January 25 to a charge of failure to comply with antlerless permit requirements. He was assessed $215.25 in court costs and fines.

Joseph M. Zimmerman, 35, of Bristow, Virginia, pleaded guilty January 22 to a charge of failure to comply with antlerless permit requirements. He was assessed $215.25 in court costs and fines.

In Special Status Magistrate Danith Miller’s court:

Devin Daniel Adams, 20, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty January 2 to a charge of driving too fast for roadway conditions. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

Joshua Devin Hawkins, 29, of Spartanburg, South Carolina, pleaded guilty January 8 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $180.25 in court costs and fines.

Marlene May Lee, 73, of Kingsport, Tennessee, pleaded guilty January 10 to a charge of driving too fast for roadway conditions. She was assessed $180.25 in court costs and fines.
