According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals had activity in their cases.

In Magistrate Cynthia Broce-Kelley’s court:

Justin Wayne Arbogast, 29, of Buckeye, pleaded guilty May 23 to a charge of failure to use safety belt. He was assessed a $25 fine.

Larry P. Armstrong, 68, of Buckeye, pleaded guilty May 29 to a charge of failure to use safety belt. He was assessed a $25 fine.

David Evan Boone, 48, of Argillite, Kentucky, pleaded no contest May 9 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

Shirley L. Cobb, 66, of Liberty, pleaded guilty May 22 to a charge of leaving fire unattended and was assessed $265.25 in court costs and fines.

Lynette Anne Dean, 28, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty May 29 to charges of two counts of operating vehicle without certificate of inspection or failure to produce certificate and failure to use safety belt. She was assessed $405.50 in court costs and fines.

Ashley Renae Feury, 30, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty May 25 to a charge of obstructing an officer. She was assessed $215.25 in court costs and fines.

Summer Dawn Hickman, 23, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest May 23 to a charge of speeding. She was assessed $175.25 in court costs and fines.

Daniel James Merenda, 41, of Morgantown, pleaded guilty May 29 to a charge of trout fishing violation. He was assessed $215.25 in court costs and fines.

Howard Ray Murphy, 63, of Shrewsbury, pleaded guilty May 22 to a charge of failure to use a life jacket or personal flotation device. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

Ina B. Pennington, 44, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty May 1 to a charge of unlawful taking of vehicle. She was assessed $165.25 in court costs and fines.

Steven M. Rhodes, 61, of Renick, pleaded guilty May 22 to a charge of failure to use safety belt. He was assessed a $25 fine.

Tiffany K. Ryder, 33, of Cass, pleaded guilty May 23 to a charge of speeding. She was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

Steven John Sharp, 31, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty May 24 to a charge of failure to use safety belt. He was assessed a $25 fine.

Randall Wayne Thompson, 28, of Hillsboro, pleaded guilty April 30 to a charge of destruction of property. He was assessed $356.75 in court costs and fines.

Kristi Lynn Wood, 27, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty May 29 to a charge of no operator’s. She was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

Christopher Earl Woods, 30, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty May 21 to a charge of failure to use safety belt. He was assessed a $25 fine.

In Magistrate Carrie Wilfong’s court:

Elsayed Elbadawy, 26, of Lewisburg, pleaded guilty May 16 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.

Justin Michael Cain, 23, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty April 30 to a charge of failure to use safety belt. He was assessed a $25 fine.

Eli Andrew Fleece, 25, of Bridgeport, pleaded guilty May 29 to a charge of trout fishing violation. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

Nathan Allen Frame, 18, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest May 11 to charges of driving motorcycle without a license and no vehicle insurance. He was assessed $380.50 in court costs and fines.

Sunny J. Given, 59, of Cass, pleaded guilty May 16 to a charge of speeding. She was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.

Davis Leon Goff, 71, of Mount Clare, pleaded guilty April 30 to a charge of exceeding number of fishing poles in the water. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

Sherman H. Harman, Jr., 77, of Clearwater, Florida, pleaded guilty May 7 to a charge of excessive fishing rods. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

Daniel M. McLaughlin, 61, of Hillsboro, pleaded guilty May 11 to a charge of driving too fast for roadway conditions. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.
