According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals had activity in their cases:

In Magistrate Carrie Wilfong’s court:

Kristina Nicole Kidd, 29, of Bartow, pleaded guilty July 21 to a charge of shoplifting. She was assessed $764.25 in court costs, fines and restitution.

Jacob M. Marinich, 22, of Huntington, pleaded guilty July 25 to a charge of driving a motor vehicle in a restricted area. He was assessed $215.25 in court costs and fines.

Nololetia G. Mayle, 33, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty July 20 to a charge of driving while license suspended/revoked. She was assessed $265.25 in court costs and fines.

David Wayne Cassell, II, 29, of Durbin, pleaded no contest July 19 to a charge of unsafe and improperly equipped vehicles. He was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.

Becknea John Chaplin, 38, of Hot Springs, Virginia, pleaded guilty July 18 to a charge of possessing an open alcoholic beverage container in passenger area of motor vehicle on public highway. He was assessed $215.25 in court costs and fines.

Jesse Jo Kincaid, 21, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty July 17 to a charge of no valid driver’s license. He was assessed $215.25 in court costs and fines.

Johnny Darrell May, 45, of Hamlin, pleaded guilty July 12 to a charge of use/possession of a prohibited bait. He was assessed $215.25 in court costs and fines.

Lisa Marie Miller, 42, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest July 17 to a charge of permitting unauthorized person to drive. She was assessed $215.25 in court costs and fines.
