According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals had activity in their cases:

In Magistrate Cynthia Broce-Kelley’s court:

Gary Wayne Davis, 55, of Crawley, pleaded guilty January 19 to a charge of passing in a no passing zone. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

Marvin Howell Orr, 50, of Somerville, Tennessee, pleaded guilty January 23 to a charge of driving too fast for weather conditions. He was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.

Cassandra Marie Warner, 26, of Durbin, pleaded guilty January 20 to a charge of permitting unauthorized person to drive. She was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

Alan Ferrate Worth, age unavailable, of Alexandria, Virginia, pleaded no contest January 13 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

In Magistrate Carrie Wilfong’s court:

Randall Bibb, 64, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty January 19 to a charge of falsely providing information to West Virginia State Police. He was sentenced to 60 days suspended jail, one year unsupervised probation and assessed $165.25 in court costs and fines. 

Debra R. Schoolcraft, 57, of Buckeye, pleaded guilty January 17 to a charge of brandishing deadly weapons. She was sentenced to 90 days suspended jail, 60 days home confinement, one year unsupervised probation and assessed $165.25 in court costs and fines.
