Sierra Colwell Hooge, 20, of McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania, pleaded guilty February 24 to a charge of failure to maintain control. She was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fees.
Judy L. Tincher, 49, of Hillsboro, appeared in court February 20 on a charge of driving while license is revoked for DUI. Bond was set at $1,000.
Mitchell Brian Klein, 24, of Blacklick, Ohio, appeared in court February 22 on a charge of driving under the influence. Bond was set at $1,000.
Dale Carson Savoy, 19, of Blacksburg, Virginia, appeared in court February 23 on a charge of driving under the influence. Bond was set at $1,000.
