Lisa Kay Collins, 42, of Dailey, pleaded no contest December 2 to charges of driving while license suspended/revoked and vehicles must stop at through highway. She was assessed $435.50 in court costs and fines.
Timothy Alan Turner, 18, of Bartow, pleaded guilty December 2 to a charge of failure to obtain a motorcycle license. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

Donovan Keith Bennett, 50, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty November 17 to a charge of failure to have a lock on crossbow. He was assessed $265.25 in court costs and fines.
Andrew R. Dolph, 38, of Akron, Ohio, pleaded guilty November 18 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.
Lisa Dawn Smith, 38, of Durbin, pleaded no contest November 18 to charges of no certificate of insurance and driving suspended. She was assessed $630.50 in court costs and fines.
Jessica Dawn Snelson, 35, of Durbin, pleaded guilty November 17 to a charge of knowingly or intentionally possessing a controlled substance without valid prescription. She was assessed $215.25 in court costs and fines.
A charge of driving under the influence against Fred Newland Henley, 46, of Slaty Fork, was dismissed November 18. Henley complied with the terms of conditions of Diversion Agreement.
Cody Wayne Brouwer, 22, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty November 30, to a charge of failure to use safety belt. He was assessed a $25 fine.
Douglas Allen Richmond, 65, of Fredericksburg, Virginia, pleaded no contest November 29 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.
