According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals had activity in their cases:

In Magistrate Cynthia Broce-Kelley’s court: 

Michael Lee Beverage, Jr., 30, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest October 7 to a charge of driving while license is suspended/revoked. He was assessed $265.25 in court costs and fines.

William Joseph Gilmore, 43, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest October 7 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

Rodney Dwayne Mallow, 28, of Bartow, pleaded guilty October 7 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

Sarah B. Parker, 35, of Hillsboro, pleaded guilty October 4 to a charge of speeding. She was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

In Magistrate Carrie Wilfong’s court:

Anna Maria Branduzzi, 27, of Green Bank, pleaded guilty October 7 to a charge of speeding. She was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.

Wayne Allen Stegel, 53, of Mt. Hope, pleaded guilty September 30 to charges of hunt over bait on public land and withholding information from the DNR. He was assessed $480.50 in court costs and fines.
