According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals had activity in their cases:

In Magistrate Cynthia Broce-Kelley’s court:

Timothy Lee Queen, 29, of Durbin, pleaded no contest September 6 to a charge of falsely acquire?? a controlled substance using false registration. He was assessed $215.25 in court costs and fines.

A charge of destruction of property against Gilberto Santana Rivera, 48, of Durbin, was dismissed without prejudice August 29.
Jesse Dexter Underwood, 34, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest September 14 to a charge of driving a motorcycle without a license. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

As it pertains to a charge of dogs running at large against Joshua R. Bennett, 32, of Marlinton, Bennett completed the terms of the deferral agreement.

Sharon Black, age unavailable, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest September 12 to a charge of procuring gas, water or electricity, by device, with intent to defraud. She was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

Lance Austin Eads, 29, of Droop, pleaded guilty September 12 to a charge of knowingly or intentionally possessing a controlled substance without valid prescription. He was placed on six months probation and assessed $165.25 in court costs and fines. A charge of manufacturing/delivering/possessing with intent to manufacture Schedule I and II narcotic was dismissed with prejudice per plea agreement.

Charges of driving while license suspended/revoked and no certificate of insurance against Brooke Nicole Daniels, 32, of Belle, were dismissed with prejudice September 15.

A charge of notice of change of address or name against Aubrie Janee Williams, 27, of Arbovale, was dismissed with prejudice September 14.

Andrew Lee Loftis, 29, of Nitro, pleaded guilty September 16 to a charge of driving vehicle without required security. He was assessed $365.25 in court costs and fines.

In Magistrate Carrie Wilfong’s court:

Thomas E. Greenburg, 34, of Snowshoe, entered a conditional guilty plea September 12 to a charge of knowingly or intentionally possess a controlled substance without a valid prescription. Proceedings were deferred for 12 months. He was assessed $165.25 in court costs and fines. A charge of manufacturing/delivering/possessing with intent to manufacture/deliver Schedule I and II narcotic was dismissed.

Jonathan Lockwood Topping, 23, of Jackson, Georgia, pleaded guilty August 30 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.

Barbara Jean Friel, 56, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty September 14 to a charge of speeding. She was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.

Jerry P. Henderson, 27, of Northville, Michigan, pleaded guilty September 16 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.

Gregory Lee Suttle, 53, of Lewisburg, pleaded guilty September 12 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.

Two counts of manufacturing/delivering/possessing with intent to manufacture/ deliver Schedule I, II and III controlled substance against Jeremiah B. Powell, 34, of Hillsboro, were transferred to circuit court September 12.

Orlando Melendez Diaz, 24, of Lewisburg, pleaded guilty September 13 on a charge of obstructing an officer. He was assessed $265.25 in court costs and fines. A charge of fleeing from an officer was dismissed with prejudice.

Two counts of specific acts forbidden – making false statements online, against Jerome Ernest Heinemann, 72, of Green Bank, were dismissed September 15.
