According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.

Edwin Lynn Kinnison, 59, of Hillsboro, appeared in court July 6 on charges of entry of dwelling in daytime and sexual abuse, first degree. Bond was set at $15,000.

Louie Edward Mullens, 62, of Street, Maryland, appeared in court July 10 to a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol, less than .15. Bond was set at $500.

William Hank Buzzard, 52, of Marlinton, appeared in court July 4 on a charge of forging, uttering or attempting to employ as true, a forged writing to the prejudice of another. Bond was set at $2,000.

Dillon Wyatt Hovorka, 22, of Marlinton, appeared in court July 9 on a charge of forging, uttering or attempting to employ as true, a forged writing to the prejudice of another. Bond was set at $2,500.

Steven Ray Good, 24, of Durbin, appeared in court July 4 on a charge of domestic battery. Bond was set at $2,000.

Walter C. Rhodes, 58, of Morgantown, appeared in court July 4 on a charge of driving under the influence with an alcohol concentration in blood less than .15. Bond was set at $500.

In Magistrate Carrie Wilfong’s court:

Tristan Reese Dancy, 18, of Richwood, pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of nonintoxicating beer. Dancy was assessed $215.25 in court costs and fines.

Patrick A. Lambert, 33, of Bartow, pleaded guilty July 7 to a charge of passing in a no passing zone. He was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.

Dakota J. May, 19, of Dundee, Ohio, pleaded guilty July 5 to a charge of unsafe and improperly equipped vehicles. He was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.
