According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.
Christina Mae Giese, 34, of Arbovale, appeared in court June 27 on a charge of obtaining money, property and services by false pretenses. Bond was set at $2,500.
Jeremiah George Smith, 35, of Buckeye, appeared in court June 19 on charges of failure to register or provide notice of registration changes as a sex offender and driving under the influence, second offense. Bond was set at $8,000.

Dennis Michael Wilfong, 18, of Bacova, Virginia, pleaded guilty June 21 to a charge of vehicles must stop at through highways. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.
In Magistrate Carrie Wilfong’s court:
Kaitlin Brooke Warf, 21, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty June 21 to a charge of speeding. She was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.
Frances Darlene Woods, 22, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty June 27 to a charge of speeding. She was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.
Jeffery L. Foster, 52, of Lost Creek, pleaded guilty June 24 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.
