According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.

William Daniel Burdette, 30, of Marlinton, appeared in court June 12 on a charge of feloniously obtaining property in return for a worthless check. Bond was set at $2,500.

Meghan Hullinger, 33, of Marlinton, appeared in court June 8 on charges of driving under the influence with alcohol concentration in blood less than .15, vehicle must stop at through highways and driving while license is suspended/revoked. Bond was set at $1,600.

Debra R. Schoolcraft, 57, of Buckeye, appeared in court June 8 on a charge of brandishing deadly weapons. Bond was set at $1,000.

In Magistrate Cynthia Broce-Kelley’s court:

Joshua Allen Carr, 19, of Bartow, pleaded guilty June 10 to a charge of failure to use safety belt. He was assessed a $25 fine.

In Magistrate Carrie Wilfong’s court:

Steven Lee Queen, 40, of Durbin, pleaded guilty June 2 to a charge of failure to use safety belt. He was assessed a $25 fine.

Timothy Martin Tingler, Sr., 55, of Circleville, pleaded guilty June 7 to a charge of failure to use safety belt. He was assessed a $25 fine.

Kimberly A. Wimer, 31, of Durbin, pleaded guilty June 10 to a charge of failure to use safety belt. She was assessed a $25 fine.
