According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.

Larry Randale Arbogast, 37, of Durbin, appeared in court May 12 on charges of entry of dwelling or outhouse in the daytime and destruction of property. Bond was set at $11,000.

Tonya J. Hedrick, 33, of Durbin, appeared in court May 12 on charges of entry of dwelling or outhouse in daytime, destruction of property and felonious destruction of property. Bond was at $10,500.

Angela Anne Akers, 39, of Slaty Fork, appeared in court May 12 on charges of domestic battery and destruction of property. Bond was set at $1,500.

Joshua David Akers, 37, of Slaty Fork, appeared in court May 12 on a charge of domestic battery. Bond was set at $1,000.

Ross George Benedict, age unavailable, of Marlinton, appeared in court May 15 on charges of driving while license revoked for DUI, operating vehicle without certification of inspection or failure to produce certification, operating vehicle without evidence of registration and no vehicle registration. Bond was set at $1,600.

In Magistrate Cynthia Broce-Kelley’s court:

Justin Cassidy Jubie, 36, of Yorktown, Virginia, pleaded guilty May 17 to a charge of vehicle approaching or entering an intersection. He was assessed $190.25 in court costs.

Seth Tyler Rexrode, 23, of Durbin, pleaded no contest May 16 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $215.25 in court costs.

In Magistrate Carrie Wilfong’s court:

Cameron Wayne Burns, 27, of Hot Springs, Virginia, pleaded guilty May 13 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $190.25 in court costs.

Ryan A. Douglas, 19, of Arbovale, pleaded guilty May 5 to a charge of failure to extinguish a fire. He was assessed $265.25 in court costs.

Dylan Matthew Rexrode, 22, of Durbin, pleaded guilty May 11 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $215.25 in court costs.
