Kathy Richmond Bennett, age 59, of Mt. Airy, North Carolina, passed away suddenly Thursday, May 25, 2017, at her home.
Born April 18, 1958, in West Virginia, she was a daughter of the late William Rexrode and Izetta McCauley Richmond.
Kathy was a 1976 graduate of Pocahontas County High School.
She is survived by her husband of 32 years, William “Lou” Bennett; three sons, Kevin Bennett, Derek Bennett and Alexander Bennett; two grandchildren, Ashton Blake Bennett and Hannah Leigh Bennett; and special cousin, Mike McCauley.
Funeral service will be held at a later date.
