Jewell Ann McMillion, age 72, of Alderson, formerly of Marlinton, died Sunday, July 26, 2015, at the home of her caregiver, Hazel Russell.
Born November 10, 1942, in Marlinton, she was a daughter of the late Walter Ray and Ollie Cochran McMillion.
Jewell was a retired waitress.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Orval McMillion and Walter “Bud” McMillion; and sisters, Lola Pasquale, Bessie Lambert, Lillian McMillion, Edith Martin, Betty Jo McMillion and Grace Long.
She is survived by a sister, Jean McKenney, of Marlinton.
Per her request the body was cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are being handled by VanReenen Funeral Home.
