Jason Steward Hollandsworth, age 45, of Lindside, passed away Monday, June 29, 2020, at home with his loved ones by his side, following a long illness. 

Born November 28, 1974, in Westminster, Maryland, he was a son of Jerry and Deborah Bostic Hollands-worth, of Peterstown.
Jason graduated from Carroll County, Maryland, schools and from National College with a Pharmacy Technician Certification.
He was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Steward Junior Bostic and Leona Morgan Bostic; paternal grandparents, Denny Hollandsworth and Anna Simmons Hollandsworth; and special uncles, Jessie Bostic and Wayne Bostic.

In addition to his parents, those left to cherish his memory are his fiancée and caregiver, Kristy Buckland, of Lindside; aunt, Kay Walkup, of Ronceverte; uncles, Daniel (Sue) Hollandsworth, of Hillsboro, and Bobby (Lou) Hollandsworth, of Trenton, South Carolina; and special cousins, Joel Hayes and Justin Hayes, of Ronceverte.

In keeping with Jason’s wishes, the body will be cremated.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
