What is the weather trend in Pocahontas County over the past 23 years? As far as temperature, there doesn't seem to be one. The mean temperature for the entire 23-year period is 47.0 degrees. Thirteen years are below the 23-year mean while 10 are above. 2011 and 2012 were significantly above the mean, while the past two years were slightly below.
