Pastor Hershel O’Quinn, age 77, of Elkins, passed from this life Friday, October 21, 2016, at Mon General Hospital in Morgantown.
Funeral service is Monday, October 24, 1 p.m. at Randolph Funeral Home in Valley Bend, with Pastor Jack Howell officiating. Interment will be in the Walkup Cemetery in Renick with Military Honors by the Pocahontas County Veterans Honor Corps. Family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until time of service.
