In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Fred, in 1985; a daughter, Sue, in 2013; and siblings, Regena Sharp Dumire, Edgar, Calvin and Jewel Simmons Carter.

She is survived by a son, Craig Rudder, of Pasadena, Maryland; beloved son-in-law, Jim Rollyson, of Ronceverte; six grandchildren, Debbie Corbin of Marlinton, Paula Doran (Chuck), of Millersville, Maryland, Jimmy (Jamie) Rollyson, of Port Republic, Maryland, Patrick (Debbie) Rollyson, of Severn, Maryland, Kelly (Wendy) Rollyson, of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, and Justin Rudder, of Pasadena, Maryland; seven great-grandchildren, Travis Warner and Jamie Warner (Scarlett), all of Marlinton, Johnathan (Ericka) Rollyson, of Rural Retreat, Virginia, Hannah Rollyson, of Salisbury, Maryland, Jessie Rollyson, of Severn, Maryland, and Kaden and Kristopher Rudder, both of Pasadena, Maryland; five great-great-grandchildren and counting, Mason Warner, of Marlinton, Hunter and Jake Rollyson, both of Rural Retreat, Virginia, Delaine Rollyson, of Salisbury, Maryland, and Jameson Trip Warner, of Marlinton; and several other grandchildren by marriage but loved no less, and many nieces and nephews, cousins, friends and other loved ones.

Funeral service will be held Saturday, April 27, 2 p.m. at Kimble Funeral Home in Marlinton. Family will receive friends from noon until time of service. Burial will be in Beaver Creek Cemetery beside her beloved Fred.
