According to Pocahontas County Circuit Clerk Connie Carr, the Grand Jury handed up indictments against eight individuals during its December Term:
Arraignments will be held in the following cases December 14 at 9:30 a.m. before the Honorable Judge Jennifer P. Dent:
Tonya Hedrick, 34, of Durbin, was indicted on Two Counts, Burglary, a felony; One Count, Destruction of Property, a misdemeanor, Two Counts Petit Larceny, a misdemeanor.
Larry Randall Arbogast, 37, of Durbin, was indicted on Two Counts, Burglary, a felony; One Count, Destruction of Property, a misdemeanor; Two Counts, Petit Larceny, a misdemeanor.
James Lester, 34, Nettie, was indicted on One Count, Petit Larceny, a misdemeanor; One Count, Entry of a Building other than a Dwelling, a felony.
Annette Irvine, 46, of Hillsboro, was indicted on One Count, Delivery of Schedule II Controlled Narcotic Substance, Buprenorphine, a felony.
Jeremy D. Moore, 28, of Marlinton, was indicted on One Count, Petit Larceny, a misdemeanor; One Count, Entry of a Building other than a Dwelling, a felony.
Harry McLaughlin, 61, of Dunmore, was indicted on One Count, Wanton Endangerment Involving a Fire-arm, a felony; One Count, Brandishing, a misdemeanor.
Robert Rakes, 35, of Roanoke, Virginia, was indicted on One Count, Entry of a Building Other than a Dwelling, a felony; One Count, Destruction of Property, a misdemeanor, One Count, Grand Larceny, a felony.
Christina M. Giese, 34, of Arbovale, was indicted on Two Counts, Forgery, a felony; One Count, Uttering, a felony; One Count, Petit Larceny, a misdemeanor.
