FLAGS
Flags flew in Marlinton from the west end of the bridge through Main Street for Memorial Day and town officials and the workers who put them up deserve the many complimentary comments. The more than a dozen new large flags rippling from the staffs attached to the light poles made the holiday more meaningful.
