In just a few days the Farmers Market will be open again.
Shop local, meet new friends and catch up with old ones.
The first market of the 2015 season will be held at our Marlinton location near the First Avenue Mini Park Saturday, May 2, from 8 a.m. to noon. We will have live music featuring The Young and Restless Pickers from 10 to 11 a.m.
Join us for some good food and fun!
We will have starter plants, flowers, some early produce, eggs, jams, jellies, fresh breads, baked goods, cornmeal, freshly ground flours, arts, specialty yarns, hand knitted apparel, crafts, PCFM cookbooks, totes and much more.
We will continue to accept SNAP, senior vouchers and WIC.
SNAP can be used from the time the market opens, while senior vouchers / WIC will become available after July 1.
Our mentorship program will continue which will provide two $500 scholarships selected from applicants who register during the 2015 season. Eligible applicants must be a junior/ upcoming senior. Interested students must submit an application by May 22. Please contact Duane Gibson or come on down to the Farmers Market if you or someone you know is interested in this mentorship program.

The Green Bank Farmers Market will start Wednesday, May 27, 3 to 6 p.m
