Summer is in full swing and we are reaping the venefits of our gardens. Many of us are busy maintaining our gardens and getting ready to plant for fall. The recent warm weather has been a blessing to many of our crops. This week at the market we will have a variety of squash, peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, baby potatoes, beets, radishes, green romaine, zucchini, green onions, garlic, cilantro, basil, rosemary, sage, thyme, parsley, oregano, dill, green beans, rainbow chard, cabbage, broccoli, peaches, berries and so much more. Double your EBT benefits when you shop at the Marlinton Farmer’s Market. It is a great way to feed your family for less. Swipe your card, decide how much you want to spend at the market and we will double your purchase amount up to $20. For example, if you choose to spend $15 at the market, we will give you $15 in matching tokens.
We are looking for local musicians to play at the market. If you are interested, stop by the Market Manager’s table for more information.
