Dottie Lou Curry, age 67, of Durbin, passed away peacefully, at her home, Sunday, November 13, 2016.

Born January 25, 1949, at Seebert, she was a daughter of the late Ralph Russell and Glenna Pearl Cook Lane.

Dottie was a retired Certified Nurse Assistant for ERCC in Elkins. She also studied online at Shepard Chapel with Pastor Arnold Murray.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Jimmy Colaw; a sister, Pauline; and a brother, Burlie.

She is survived by her husband of 27 years, Franklin Austin Curry; step-daughter, Melody Hebb, and husband, Charles, of Parsons; a step-son, Frankie E. Curry, and wife, Linda, of Durbin; a sister, Dorothy Lane, of Lewisburg; brothers, Ralph Lane, and wife, Ruth, of Covington, Virginia, James David Lane, and wife, Barbara, of Slaty Fork, and Melvin Lane, and wife, Joyce, of Renick; sister-in-law, Mary Ellen; a nephew, Doug Colaw, and wife, Debbie; grandchildren, Kelsea M. Curry, of Elkins, and Wendy V. Lambert, of Parsons; and step-grandchildren, Timmy Lee Catrite, Damien Ray Catrite and one on the way.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
