Dorothy Anna McNeill, age 93, formerly of Hampton, Virginia, passed away Sunday, April 15, 2018, at Albemarle Health and Rehab Center in Charlottesville, Virginia.
Born January 4, 1925, in Marlinton, she was a daughter of the late Ervin C. and Bessie McGraw Cunningham.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley Lee McNeill; a daughter, Brenda McNeill Amos; two granddaughters, Kristine Bertelkamp and Lisa Amos; a sister, Frances C. Graham; and half-sister, Rose Nell Cole.
She is survived by two daughters, Helen Lee Bertelkamp, of Nellysford, Virginia, and Susan Wolfe, and husband, Dwight, of Newport News, Virginia; a son, John Arnot McNeill, and wife, Lynn, of Hampton, Virginia; half-sister, Betty Cunningham Shakelford, of Culpeper, Virginia; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a sister-in-law, Dorothy McNeill Johnson, of Dunmore.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
