Daniel Queen

Daniel Steven “Danny” Queen, age 61, of Durbin, passed away Wednesday, July 9, 2014, at his home.

Born September 14, 1952, at Cass, he was a son of the late Lee and Alice Smith Queen.

Danny was a front gate security guard for Mountain Lodge at Snowshoe Mountain Resort.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Betty Key; and brothers, Charles, Bill and Benny Queen.

He is survived by his wife, Becky Queen; a son, Steven Queen, and wife, Kelly, of Durbin; grandsons, Kenny, Matt and Steven; granddaughters, Delilah and Cheyenne; brothers, Bob Queen, and wife, Willa, of Cass, Teddy Queen, and wife, Coe, and Eddie Queen, and wife, Linda, all of Arbovale, and Tommy Queen, and wife, Sissy, of Marlinton; and a niece, Pamela Starks.

Funeral service was July 13 at Wallace and Wallace Funeral Home in Arbovale with Pastor Dave Plank officiating. Interment was in the Wanless Cemetery in Cass.
