Christopher Gallew

Christopher Tyler Gallew, age 26, of Morgantown, passed away Sunday, April 21, 2019.

Born January 21, 1993, in Washington, Pennsylvania, he was a son of Robert E. Gallew, Jr. and Susan M. Gallew, of Green Bank.

Christopher was a member of the Elkins Seventh Day Adventist Church and a United States Army Veteran. He enjoyed spending time with his daughter and being outdoors.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by a daughter, Abigail Gallew, of Weston; girlfriend, Samantha McLau-ghlin, of Morgantown; a brother, Robert E. Gallew III, of Parkersburg; a sister, Crystal
Gail Gallew, of Raleigh, North Carolina; aunts, Judy Ann Williams, of Covington, Virginia, Robin Fernandez, of Lexington, North Carolina, and Bobbie Kay Moreno, of Raleigh, North Carolina. He is also survived by several half-siblings and cousins.

Family will receive friends Friday, May 3, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Wallace and Wallace Funeral Home in Arbovale. Funeral service will be held Saturday, May 4, 11 a.m. at Wallace and Wallace Funeral Home with Pastor Don Jacko officiating. Burial will be in the Arbovale Cemetery with Military Rites conducted by the Pocahontas County Veterans Honor Corps.

Following the cemetery service, there will be a dinner at Dunmore Community Center for family and friends.
