Charlotte Waugh, age 72, of Arnett, died Thursday, April 27, 2017, at Raleigh General Hospital in Beckley.
Born May 4, 1944, she was a daughter of the late John Harper and Hazel Lowry Shaffier.
Charlotte was a homemaker.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Waugh, Sr.
She is survived by a daughter, Cathy Griffith; sons, Kenneth Waugh, Jr., and Randy Waugh, and wife, Nancy; sisters, Peggy Carpenter and Selma Moses; and brothers, John Harper Shaffier, Jr., and James Shaffier.
Graveside service was held April 29 at Mountain View Cemetery in Marlinton with Pastor David Merryman officiating. Interment was in Mountain View Cemetery.
