Bernice Sharp

Bernice Sharp, age 87, of Coolville, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, June 21, 2016, at O’Bleness Memorial Hospital in Athens, Ohio.

Born August 7, 1928, in Pendleton County, she was a daughter of the late William Carl and Dessie Vandevander Teter.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Johnnie Sharp; a brother, Bud Teter; and a sister, Pauline Teter.

She is survived by two daughters, Melanie Day, and husband, Jeff, and Carolyn Lake, and husband, Gary; two grandsons, Jeremiah Junkins and Tony Lake; two great-grandsons; and a sister, Mildred Tracey.

A graveside service was held June 24 at Mountain View Cemetery with Rev. Sam Felton officiating.
