Barry Dean Atkins, age 54, of Marlinton, died Monday, November 23, 2015, at his home.
Born October 1, 1961, at Chillicothe, Missouri, he was a son of the late Harold and Louise Atkins.
Barry retired as a mechanic for Ford Motor Company.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a great-nephew, Adrian Lee Beverage.
He is survived by two sisters, Danette Lear, of Springfield, Missouri, and Stacy Atkins, of Marlinton; two nieces, Destiny Beverage, of Arlington, Texas, and Angelia Vela, of Buckeye; two nephews, Austin Lear, of Springfield, Missouri, and Jesse Yardley, of Marlinton; two great-nieces; and two great-nephews.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
