August Grand Jury indictments

The August term of Grand Jury convened Tuesday and handed up indictments on one or more charges against 11 individuals.

Arraignments in the following cases will be held August 15 before the Honorable Judge Robert E. Richardson:

Steven Bennett, 39, of Marlinton – One count, grand larceny, a felony.

Jamie W. Sites, 41, of Circleville – One count, possession with intent to deliver a Schedule II controlled non-narcotic substance, a felony; one count, possession with intent to deliver a Schedule I controlled non-narcotic substance, a felony; one count, person prohibited from possessing a firearm, a felony.

Timothy Queen, 31, of Bartow – One count, conspiracy, a felony; one count, delivery of a schedule II controlled non-narcotic substance, a felony.

Kenny D. Feury, Jr., 41, of White Sulphur Springs – One count, grand larceny, a felony; one count, destruction of property, a misdemeanor.

Robbie Sipe, 26, of Bartow – One count, possession with intent to deliver a Schedule II controlled non-narcotic substance, a felony; one count, possession with intent to deliver a Schedule III controlled narcotic substance, a felony.

Charles Calhoun, 33, of Marlinton – One count, burning personal property of another; arson in the third degree, a felony.

Arraignments in the following cases will be held August 23 before the Honorable Judge Jennifer P. Dent:

Amanda Bennett, 32, of Marlinton – one count, possession with intent to deliver a Schedule II controlled non-narcotic substance, a felony.

Rodney W. Brewer, 45, of Marlinton – One count, possession with intent to deliver a Schedule II controlled non-narcotic substance, a felony; one count, conspiracy, a felony; one count, driving revoked for driving under the influence, a misdemeanor.

Kenneth Peck, Jr., 43, of Arbovale – One count, possession with intent to deliver a Schedule II controlled non-narcotic, a felony.

George Travis Underwood, 38, of Marlinton – One count, grand larceny, a felony; one count, petit larceny, a misdemeanor.
Carl Lee Kidd, 38, of Bartow – One count, grand larceny, a felony; one count, entry of a building other than a dwelling, a felony.

An indictment is not proof of guilt. All individuals are considered innocent until proven otherwise by a jury of their peers.
