Archie Tilley

Archie Mansfield Tilley, 82, of Coalton, passed away Sunday, January 24, 2021, at Madison Center in Morgantown.

Born January 18, 1939, at Rock, he was a son of the late Okey Elbert and Minnie Williams Tilley.

Archie was a member of the Marlinton Seventh-day Adventist, was a retired coal miner and a Vietnam Army Veteran.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Molly Jean Tilley and Georgia Kathleen Tilley; and a brother, Mack Herald Tilley.

He is survived by his wife, Patricia L. Tilley; son, Donnie Ray Pettry; sisters, Lessie Ann Connors, Pauline Alice Wilson, Edna Mae Pugh, Bessie Jane Major, Judy Kay Ellison and Carrie Lou Tilley; brothers, Jerry Ray Tilley and Robert Sampson.

Graveside service at the Arbovale Cemetery Annex will be private.
