Angela Michelle-Piotrow-ski-Chenoweth, 51, of Valley Head, died Wednesday, March 5, 2025, at her home.
Born January 12, 1974, at Richwood, she was a daughter of Eugene Clutter and the late Terry Piotrowski.
Angela worked as a home health aide.
In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by a son, Channing Cvetnick.
In addition to her father, she is survived by sons, Noah Cvetnick and Colt Callison; and grandchildren, Sophia Gail, Heather June and Havana Leigh Callison.
The body was cremated, and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
