Advisory: Greenbrier River forecast to reach near flood stage on Wednesday

The National Weather Service is predicting the Greenbrier River at Buckeye will reach near Flood Stage with a height of 14 feet on Wednesday, March 11.   Flood stage at Buckeye is 15 feet.
This will mean that the Greenbrier River will be near bank full.   
Residents with concerns along the Greenbrier River and its tributaries are urged to keep a close eye on water levels and take necessary actions to preserve life and property.
Please monitor local media and emergency management for any Watches or Warnings that may be issued in the coming days.
