The Pocahontas County Farmer’s Market has three great locations throughout the county. Our Linwood, located in the parking lot of the Linwood Library at base of Snowshoe Mountain, will open for the season Friday, May 22, from 3:30 to 6 p.m.
We are excited to announce that musician Benny Bettane will be at the first market.
This native of Australia has been traveling the world gracing audiences with the beautiful sound of his original compositions on the hand pan. Don’t miss out on this extremely talented musician. We will have some early lettuce, strawberries, spring onions, hand made tie dyes, fresh baked bread, farm fresh eggs and much more.
We will also be celebrating the fifth birthday of the Linwood library with cake and refreshments. Come and join us for the opening of the Linwood Farmer’s Market.
Our Marlinton location is open rain or shine every Saturday morning from 8a.m. to noon and is located near the First Avenue Mini Park. We open bright and early ready to supply Pocahontas County with the freshest produce and quality local goods.
Our Green Bank location will be opening Wednesday, May 27, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
