Helen P. McMann, age 97, of Marlinton, died Friday, January 30, 2015, at Pocahontas Memorial Hospital in Buckeye.
Born January 15, 1918, near Buckeye, she was a daughter of the late Edward and Carrie Bell Scales Patterson.
Helen was a bookkeeper for S. B. Wallace Wholesale Company and was a member of the Marlinton United Methodist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Orr Lee McMann; and two brothers, Robert Patterson and Richard Patterson.
She is survived by two sons, Michael L. McMann, and wife, Linda, of Great Falls, Montana, and William L. McMann, and wife, Susie, of Marlinton; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held Thursday, February 5, at 11 a.m. at VanReenen Funeral Home with Pastor David Merryman officiating. Interment will be in Mountain View Cemetery in Marlinton. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
