WV Small Farms Conference:
The 2015 WV Small Farm Conference will be held February 26 through 28 at the Charleston Civic Center. This annual gathering of stakeholders in the future of local food and sustainable farming offers many types of trainings, production information and updates, and the opportunity to network and gather new ideas.

State Weekend Camps
All 4-Hers in grades six and up were sent a postcard this week about this year’s State Teen Leaders Weekend and Dance Camp, including information about available county scholarships. If you did not receive a postcard, call the Extension Office immediately so you can meet the registration deadlines, which are January 15 for Teen Leaders Weekend and January 30 for Dance Camp.

Photo Contests
All entries in the county 4-H Poster and Photo contests are due in the Extension Office by January 30.

Dramas, Fairs and
Festivals Applications
Applications for the Dramas, Fairs and Festivals grants for this quarter are due in the Extension Office by February 1.
