Lisa F. Johnson, age 54, of Marlinton, passed away Wednesday, February 26, 2020, at Pocahontas Memorial Hospital in Buckeye.
Born June 23, 1965, at Marlinton, she was a daughter of the late Kyle Francis and Margaret Louise Sharp Carpenter.
Lisa was a clerk for Dollar General in Marlinton, and cleaned cabins at the Jerico Bed and Breakfast. She helped spoil the grandkids and was a loving mother and grandmother.
She is survived by her life-long companion, Henry Oscar; two daughters, Karis Carpenter, of Lewisburg, and Amber Sharp, and husband, Josh, of Marlinton; a son, Justin Kyle Oscar, of Wytheville, Virginia; two grandchildren, Alayna and Elizabeth Sharp; and two brothers, Bernie Carpenter and Aaron Carpenter, and wife, Kathy, all of Marlinton.
Funeral service was held March 1 at Lantz Funeral Home in Buckeye with Pastor Sam Felton officiating. Burial was in Carpenter Cemetery on Brownsburg Road in Marlinton.
