According to Pocahontas County Circuit Court Clerk Connie Carr, the following indictments were handed up in the August Term of the Pocahontas County Grand Jury:
Bobby Lee Morrison, 54, of Dunmore: one count, driving revoked for DUI, third offense, a felony.
Danielle Lee Smith, 28, of Marlinton: one count, possession with intent to deliver a Schedule II controlled non-narcotic substance, a felony; one count, delivery of a Schedule II controlled non-narcotic substance, a felony.
George Bradley Sewell, 35, of Hillsboro: one count, grand larceny, a felony; one count, embezzlement, a felony.
Carolyn S. Wilfong, 53, of Elkins: one count, disposing of property to defraud creditors, a misdemeanor; one count, attempt fraudulent schemes, a felony; one count, fraudulent schemes, a felony.
Ami Rae King a/k/a Ami Gibson Thornton, 42, of South Charleston: one count, fraudulent schemes, a felony.
Bradley C. McDaniels, 39, of Marlinton: one count, delivery of a Schedule II controlled non-narcotic sub- stance, a felony.
Jennifer Fay Lambert, 29, of Mill Creek: one count, possession with intent to deliver a Schedule II controlled non-narcotic substance, a felony; one count, possession with intent to deliver a Schedule IV controlled non-narcotic substance, a felony; one count, person prohibited from possessing a firearm, a felony.
Shanda May Stull, 25, of Bartow: one count, possession with intent to deliver a Schedule I controlled non-narcotic substance, a felony.
Skylar W. Tincher, 18, of Union: one count, malicious assault, a felony.
Rodney W. Brewer, 44, of Durbin: one count, possession with intent to deliver a Schedule IV controlled non-narcotic substance, a felony.
John Martin Stull, 27, of Bartow: one count, possession with intent to deliver a Schedule I controlled non-narcotic substance, a felony; one count, manufacture a controlled substance, a felony.
