Gilberto Santana Rivera, 48, of Durbin, pleaded guilty January 25 to a charge of driving while license revoked for DUI. He was sentenced to six months suspended jail, placed on six months unsupervised probation and assessed $1,165.25 in court costs and fines.
Marvin Lewis Collias, Jr., 37, of Poca, pleaded guilty January 30 to a charge of domestic battery. He was sentenced to 26 days suspended jail and assessed $165.25 in court costs and fines.
In Magistrate Carrie Wilfong’s court:
Nelson Cortes-Santiago, 41, of Bartow, pleaded guilty January 24 to a charge of domestic battery. He was sentenced to 10 days suspended jail, placed on six months unsupervised probation and assessed $165.25 in court costs and fines.
