Debra “Debbie” Wilfong Ramirez left this earth to be with her Heavenly Father Tuesday, October 18, 2016.
She was a daughter of Boyd and Erma Wilfong, of Minnehaha Springs. She and her family lived in El Cajon, California.
A Celebration of Life will be held in the spring, with arrangements in the care of Lantz Funeral Home.
