According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.
Luca J. Byrd, 24, of Marlinton, appeared in court July 29 on charges of burglary in nighttime, two counts entry of building other than dwelling and two counts petit larceny. Bond was set at $35,000.
Ryan A. Douglas, 19, of Arbovale, appeared in court July 30 on two counts of entry of building other than dwelling and two counts petit larceny. Bond was set at $25,000.
Harry P. McLaughlin, 61, of Dunmore, appeared in court August 1 on a charge of wanton endangerment involving a firearm. Bond was set at $5,000.
Orlando Melendez Diaz, 23, of Lewisburg, appeared in court July 27 on charges of fleeing from officer and obstructing an officer. Bond was set at $1,000.
Tommy Lee Greulick, 18, of Durbin, appeared in court July 30 on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than 15 grams marijuana. Bond was set at $1,000.
Charles D. Meckna, 55, of Arbovale, appeared in court July 29 on charges of brandishing deadly weapons and battery upon another by making physical contact with force capable of causing pain or injury. Bond was set at $1,500.
Timmy Allen Turner, 18, of Bartow, appeared in court July 30 on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $1,000.
Caleb Christopher Baker, 23, of Slaty Fork, appeared in court July 25 on charges of driving under the influence with alcohol concentration in blood less than .15 and operating a vehicle without certificate of inspection or failure to produce certificate. Bond was set at $600.
Kimberly Cassel, 26, of Arbovale, appeared in court July 22 on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $1,000.
Jennifer Fay Lambert, 28, of Mill Creek, appeared in court July 21 on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $1,000.

Timothy William Rebold, 31, of Great Falls, Virginia, pleaded no contest July 28 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.
Joseph Lynn Thompson, 25, of Hillsboro, pleaded guilty July 29 to a charge of attempting to defeat a drug or alcohol screening test by the substitution of a false sample. He was assessed $365.25 in court costs and fines.
Angela Sue Persinger, 46, of Richwood, pleaded no contest July 25 to a charge of possession of a controlled substance. She was assessed $265.25 in court costs and fines.
A charge of manufacturing Schedule I and II narcotic against Rodney W. Brewer, 43, of Durbin, was transferred to Circuit Court August 1.
