David Wayne Sparks, age 91, of Marlinton, died Tuesday, February 2, 2016, at Pocahontas Memorial Hospital in Buckeye.
Family will receive friends Thursday, February 4, from 6 to 8 p.m. at VanReenen Funeral Home in Marlinton. Funeral service is Friday, February 5, 2 p.m. at the Marlinton First Church of the Nazarene with Pastors Hershel O’Quinn and Donny Brown officiating. Interment will be in the Fairview Cemetery with Military Rites by the Pocahontas County Veterans Honor Corps.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Pocahontas County Veterans Honor Corps.
