Frank Ellis Lambert, 32, of Durbin, pleaded no contest September 4 to charges of parent, guardian, custodian or person in a position of trust child abuse creating substantial risk of bodily injury, first offense; domestic battery and interfering or preventing emergency communications. Lambert was sentenced to 18 months jail, 18 months unsupervised probation and assessed $544.44 in court costs and fines.

Cameryn Allen Moore, 21, of Hillsboro, pleaded guilty to a charge of interfering or preventing emergency communication. Moore was assessed $441.48 in court costs and fines.
Christopher Michael Waybright, 42, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest September 14 to a charge of seat belt violation. Waybright was assessed a $25 fine.
