The National Weather Service in Charleston has issued a Winter Storm Warning for freezing rain which is in effect from 4 a.m. Sunday, December 8, to 4 a.m. Monday, December 9, for the Northern and Central Mountains of West Virginia.
Weather may include freezing rain, sleet and snow.
Ice accumulations of a quarter to a half-inch, and snow accumulations of one to three inches.
